Requirements
Must:
- Background in ITSM roles, including Service Design
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of Service Design principles, and ITSM Frameworks such as ITIL
- Collaborative approach to lead Service Designers and work alongside Architects, Product Owners, and ITSM professionals
- Understanding of the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle
- Creation of Service Design Packages
- Understanding of user centred design and Agile principles within a service delivery context
- Holding qualifications such as ITIL / BCS Certificate in Service Design / ISO or IEC 20000 Practitioner
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance, or already cleared
Responsibilities
- Support a Lead Service Designer, Service Architects, and Service Delivery teams in designing standards, templates, and processes
- Work on service blueprints and contribute to service models, SLAs, and OLAs
- Ensure service designs align with ITIL practices
- Create user centred Service Design Packages that incorporate business and user requirements
Description
We are Network IT, currently recruiting for a Senior Service Designer (ITSM) to join our client on a 6-month initial contract. Our client is seeking an experienced ITSM professional to maintain consistency across various services. This hybrid role is located in Milton Keynes and offers a competitive rate of £475 per day.
