- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex digital queries.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Experience in liaising with third-party software specialists to identify alternative solutions for system limitations.
- Familiarity with documenting user requirements, designing process changes, and working with system suppliers.
- Competence in creating Standard Operating Procedures using approved templates.
- Skills in conducting gap and operational impact analyses to facilitate organizational readiness for digital deployments.
- Ability to negotiate processes and changes with clinicians, support disciplines, managers, and users.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders across the Integrated Care System (ICS).
- Willingness to support other workstreams such as Configuration, Integration, Testing, and Training as directed.
Responsibilities
- I will undertake the analysis of current and complex clinical workflows and operational practices.
- I will create high-standard process maps (As Is and To Be) using approved templates.
- I will investigate and resolve complex digital queries by analyzing potential resolutions.
- I will meet with stakeholders and users to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, making appropriate recommendations.
- I will identify limitations within systems and collaborate with third-party software specialists to explore solutions.
- After analyzing user requirements, I will document the necessary designs and decisions, work with system suppliers, and assist in configuring systems to meet requirements.
- I will develop high-standard Standard Operating Procedures using the approved template.
- I will create operational impact assessments and support impacted teams in developing action plans to mitigate change impacts.
- I will conduct gap and operational impact analyses to inform process mapping and readiness for digital deployments.
- I will negotiate necessary change processes with relevant clinicians and support staff.
- I will build and maintain relationships with important stakeholders across the ICS.
- I will assist Change Agents in preparing for upcoming changes.
- I will provide onsite support during the go-live phase, including possible out-of-hours assistance.
Description
As a Business Change Analyst focused on Clinical system implementations, I am committed to analyzing and reviewing processes and systems to identify the impact of change. Supporting affected teams through the implementation phase is crucial to achieving our objectives. Reporting to the Business Change Manager, I will engage with stakeholders across the impacted ICS organizations to ensure successful delivery of business change workstreams.
