Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in application support within complex environments
- Experience working with customised systems and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft stack (MS Products such as Exchange, PowerShell scripting, Azure, Active Directory)
- Experience in SharePoint support and administration
- Knowledge of Power Platform / Dynamics CRM support
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ticketing discipline to update users and manage the ticketing system (Hornbill)
Responsibilities
- Support in working through a ticket backlog
- Take ownership of tickets and work independently across a range of customised systems
- Utilise documentation and colleague support when needed
- Escalate issues and collaborate with the development team
- Troubleshoot issues using documentation and technical knowledge
- Maintain strong communication with clients and users regarding ticket updates
Description
At Network IT, we are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our busy support team of 8. This role involves working through a ticket backlog in a dynamic environment with heavily customised systems specific to our clients sectors. We provide a competitive rate of £400 per day for a duration of 6 months, inside IR35. This position requires one day per week on-site in Warwickshire, specifically on Wednesdays for optimal upskilling on our technology estate. We value proactive individuals who can take ownership and work collaboratively.
