Requirements
Must:
- Aged 19 or over
- Reside in Coventry
- Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194
- Not currently enrolled in other government-funded training
- Not in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate, sponsored visa, or as a dependent
Responsibilities
- Attend and complete the 13-week (Part-Time) or 7-week (Full-Time) IT Support CompTIA programme
- Participate in in-person practical workshops to gain hands-on experience
- Complete end-of-unit projects to assess your technical skills
- Gain knowledge on core IT support skills including hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting
- Learn about cybersecurity fundamentals and professional IT practices
- Develop problem-solving and analytical skills essential for technical roles
- Engage in high-impact employability workshops and receive tailored mentoring
- Access ongoing career guidance and support throughout the course
