Requirements
Must:
- At least 6 years experience working in an MSP
- Some MCSE certifications would be preferable
- Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting across various operating systems
- Strong understanding of computer networking principles and firewall management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions quickly
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing processes
- UK Driving License (required)
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on projects
- Provide account management for key customers
- Support other engineers
- Troubleshoot software problems, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime
- Assist with the installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications
- Manage help desk requests, ensuring all tickets are logged and tracked effectively
- Conduct analysis of network issues, including firewall configurations and computer networking challenges
- Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and user satisfaction

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £34,000.00-£50,000.00 per year, with the requirement to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Horsham.
