Responsibilities
- Manage and work on the product roadmap
- Collaborate with carbon consulting team and the executive team to define project requirements and specifications
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
