Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with broad exposure across the Now Platform. You should have prior experience with at least one of the following modules: HRSD, SecOps, IRM, or GRC. A strong background in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, is essential. Experience managing and administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments is also required. You must be able to produce and maintain Low- and High-Level Design Documentation, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, an understanding of architectural structures within both SaaS and on-premises ServiceNow environments is important.
Responsibilities
In your role as a ServiceNow Architect, you will establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards across the delivery lifecycle. You will act as a Design Authority, providing expert input into the design of ServiceNow-based solutions. Your contributions will extend to bids and proposals, where you will present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients. You will bring thought leadership and creative problem-solving to both existing engagements and new opportunities. Additionally, you will champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in your day-to-day work.

To be considered, you should hold the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, which are required or expected for this position.
