ServiceNow Lead Architect

- Act as a trusted client partner, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients - Understand client objectives and challenges, translating them into ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable outcomes - Lead client workshops and steering meetings, guiding decision-making and direction - Own the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices and client needs - Oversee integrations with existing enterprise systems for seamless workflows - Lead project planning, resourcing, and execution to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget - Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and consultants - Proactively manage risks and resolve challenges to keep delivery on track - Stay ahead of ServiceNow roadmap updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends - Mentor and coach junior consultants, supporting their technical and professional growth - Conduct technical reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities - Produce high-quality design documentation, implementation plans, and delivery reports - Present solutions, recommendations, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence - Ensure knowledge is captured and shared to support continuous improvement
