Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a commercial environment
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Ability to work independently in a contract role
- (Desirable) ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific)
- (Desirable) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- (Desirable) Previous contract experience within large or complex organisations
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across core modules
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and defects
- Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
- Produce clear technical documentation where required
Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract based in London. This role will focus on developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications to meet our business requirements.
