Requirements
Must:
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (mandatory)
- Professionally Dutch Speaking
- Strong hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in CMDB implementation and CSDM
- Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of process design and automation
- Excellent project planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as a ServiceNow technical authority within the CoE, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency
- Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects from analysis through delivery
- Design and implement process automation across IT and business workflows
- Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Support the rollout of new ServiceNow modules and platform enhancements
- Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, solutions, and configurations
Description
We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer to support a client in expanding and maturing their ServiceNow platform. The organization is currently enhancing its capabilities by rolling out additional modules, automating business processes, and implementing a structured CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices. We are establishing a ServiceNow Centre to provide governance, scalability, and long-term platform success. This role will play a key part in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and leading complex implementations.
