- 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong Kubernetes expertise with proven experience managing production-grade clusters
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of networking, identity management, and secure cloud operations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and working within multi-disciplinary, secure environments
- Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC or DV)

Responsibilities
- Design and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and associated tooling (Helm, ArgoCD, Istio)
- Build and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline release and deployment workflows (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and security teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance
- Support research-driven and mission-critical initiatives that enhance operational resilience and agility
