Requirements
Must:
- A strong background in Microsoft technologies, with in-depth knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Azure.
- Strong PowerShell expertise, in a demonstrable fashion.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote access solutions.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and managing desktop hardware in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a relentless dedication to providing exceptional service.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Bash and Python scripting for automating tasks (bonus).
- Exposure to networking and Linux environments (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Provide critical support to over 500 users both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimize system performance in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Manage Incident & Request Management, handling support requests and incidents in line with established internal protocols.
- Offer technical assistance for a diverse, international user base.
- Partner with Level 2 & 3 teams, as well as external vendors, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Proactively monitor and utilize internal tools to manage alerts, prevent failures, and restore degraded or unavailable services.
