Principal Solution Design Architect

- Lead and be accountable for the implementation of solution designs and CRM services across NRW infrastructure - Direct, oversee, and coordinate CRM implementation and transformation work packages - Act as a technical advisor authority for major incident management and mentoring - Direct the technical and architectural work of the ICT Specialist - Contribute to DDaT Strategy, ensuring compatibility with NRW digital strategy - Create and maintain the NRW Technical Target Operating Model (TOM) and related product roadmaps - Remain technically competent in rapidly emerging technologies - Oversee/assure the technical implementation from initial solution concept and design through delivery - Liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure the quality of solutions across all system lifecycle stages - Provide enterprise and solution architecture guidance across various business initiatives and projects - Develop and maintain supporting documentation within the Architecture Content Framework - Engage in strategic discussions including technology development aligned with the TOM and associated roadmap - Undertake health and safety duties appropriate to the role - Commit to Natural Resources Wales Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy - Participate in incident response activities - Perform any other reasonable duties requested commensurate with the grade of the role
