Requirements
Must:

- Previous product roles involving complex real-world processes
- Strong systems thinking and commercial instincts
- Ability to translate complexity into buildable solutions
- Comfort working closely with founders and leadership teams
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team to extract product thinking and define workflows
- Translate the OASIS vision into practical product logic, user journeys, and functional requirements
- Contribute to the design of a platform that integrates procurement, billing, consumption, and management workflows
- Consider how different stakeholders interact with the platform and their unique needs
- Define and document prioritization of features to balance immediate opportunities and long-term integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure ideas based on client experience
- Ensure technical requirements are clear and commercially useful
- Shape how data, automation, AI, and human oversight interact within the platform
- Maintain cohesion by ensuring new features strengthen the overall operating model
- Incorporate real client needs and market opportunities into the platform development
