We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in CRO, UX, UI, or Product Optimisation roles. You should have a proven track record of successfully improving web and/or app conversion funnels, demonstrating measurable results. A strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and customer journey mapping is essential. Proficiency with analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Figma, and Hotjar is required. We value strong communication skills, as you will need to influence across departments, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach. Experience in building and/or mentoring teams is a plus.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead our conversion optimisation and user experience initiatives within the Marketing function. Your main responsibilities will include owning the CRO roadmap across web and mobile experiences and leading research, hypothesis development, and prioritisation for A/B and multivariate testing. You’ll analyse user behaviour, funnel performance, and conversion drivers using various tools and partner with Acquisition and Lifecycle Managers to align optimisation efforts with campaigns and renewal goals. Collaboration with Product, Design, and IT teams will be crucial for deploying test variations and tracking outcomes. You will continuously refine landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging for maximum impact.
In terms of user experience, you’ll oversee the UX strategy to ensure intuitive, frictionless, and user-centric digital experiences. You will lead user research initiatives, such as usability studies and journey mapping, while working closely with designers to develop wireframes and prototypes. Advocating for UX best practices and ensuring accessibility compliance is also part of your role. Additionally, you will build and manage a high-performing CRO & UX team, align strategic initiatives with company goals, and communicate test outcomes and insights to senior leadership.
