Requirements
Must:
- Strong data-driven and analytical capability
- Ability to interpret complex information and apply performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, with strong influencing and storytelling ability
- Solid understanding of service management and governance including contracts, OLAs/SLAs, and performance reporting
- Experience in a performance or analytical role within a large or complex organization
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or TopDesk (desirable)
- Understanding of Operational Technology in a safety-critical environment, ideally within the roads sector or similar infrastructure (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of performance and availability data
- Collaborate with data scientists, data architects, system and service owners, product owners, and commercial partners
- Ensure services are systematically monitored, measured, and managed for high performance and availability
- Develop a working knowledge of corporate reporting frameworks and build effective relationships for collaboration
- Define, coordinate, and deliver operational reporting in line with directions from the Lead Analyst
- Use data visualization and presentation techniques to communicate insights to a range of audiences
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc trend, performance, and root cause analysis to identify and address data issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TPAM practices and support data and reporting change initiatives
