Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications such as AWS, GIAC, or OSCP
- Proficiency in troubleshooting diverse technology stacks including compute, storage, networking, COTS, and open-source software
- Experience in handling large data sets and scaling data processing/storage solutions
- Understanding and application of Test-Driven Development principles
- Experience with CI/CD tools and modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
- Strong planning and coordination skills for system and acceptance testing
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of DevOps tooling for secure, reliable delivery of digital services
- Automate technical solutions and lead CI/CD development
- Improve new and existing systems while providing technical leadership through mentoring
- Ensure infrastructure meets government standards for security, resilience, and availability
- Design and architect solutions and systems to deliver continuous improvement
- Program and build software at a medium level of complexity as needed for delivery
- Deliver projects using DevOps processes to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues to enhance capabilities and speed delivery
