Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience of working with cloud-based ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Demonstrable knowledge of ERP system management, controls and support
- Practical experience of working in or closely with Finance and/or Procurement functions
- Recognised accountancy qualification (fully or part qualified) is advantageous
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Clear accountability for service delivery, performance management and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrable experience in business process improvement and business process engineering
- Experience in IT change management and delivering client-focused solutions
- Proficiency in applying project management methodologies
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of our ERP system
- Manage financial modules, system interfaces, controls and reporting frameworks
- Provide clear communication on data integrity, standing data and period-end progress
- Produce regular status reports for senior management with recommendations
- Lead maintenance, updates and enhancements of the Oracle Fusion ERP suite
- Coordinate activities across functional system experts and Business Process Owners
- Own and deliver a comprehensive ERP functional improvement strategy
- Drive continuous improvement of ERP processes, controls and system performance
- Lead and develop the ERP functional support team
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally
