Requirements
Must:
- Background in Identity and Access Management or Governance with experience in platforms such as SailPoint and CyberArk
- Knowledge and experience of programme and portfolio management theories and models, including Agile and DevOps
- Programme management qualification with experience in budget management
- Experience in delivering strategic programmes that align with business growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in large, complex regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Identity lifecycle management and access controls
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management and delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic portfolio of technology programmes with accountability for programme plans and progress reporting
- Manage financial business forecasts for the Identity and Access Management Transformation programme
- Drive customer value delivery in line with the technology investment portfolio
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure resources are aligned for successful programme outcomes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across franchises and functions
- Oversee multiple workstreams or projects, ensuring integration and operational readiness
- Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) effectively
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure programme outcomes meet strategic and compliance needs
