Requirements

Must:
- Leadership and people management experience - Significant experience as a business analyst, preferably supporting IAM solutions and services - General understanding of risk methodologies and techniques - Ability to adapt to changing business and technical requirements - Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, or similar IAM products - Certification or equivalent in business analysis from organizations such as IIBA or BCS - Experience of maintaining data and defining operational processes - Experience of documenting business and system requirements, including comprehensive use-cases - Experience working with a diverse range of data sources and managing them effectively - Ability to develop relationships with business units and risk, compliance, control, and audit colleagues - Experience with workflow automation, role mining, and access reviews - Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements - Produce business requirements to inform future state design - Support teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy - Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers - Understand, challenge, and develop our business strategies and customer goals - Suggest business workflows and recommend improvements to products and features - Perform data analysis across various sources and use cases - Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to document IAM-related requirements - Conduct workshops, interviews, and process reviews to optimize identity management processes - Document and test business rules and workflows to ensure compliance - Analyze current identity governance processes and recommend improvements - Facilitate the adoption of best practices for IAM across the organization - Define and document enhancements to IAM processes and technical capabilities
