Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting SaaS products
- Proficient in .NET, React, Azure, SQL, and database query optimization (Oracle SQL and TSQL)
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and database resiliency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work off-hours when required
- Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Desirable: Experience with Clarion or Windows-based RAD tools, legacy .NET development stacks, modern AI tools, and Win32 OLE or WinForms programming

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack systems in Azure Cloud environments, both internal and client-facing
- Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-code scripts optimized for cost effectiveness
- Ensure optimal server performance with appropriate monitoring and alerting
- Maintain, document, and execute a development roadmap as technology evolves
- Dive deep into legacy systems to keep them operational during the transition to new services
- Work evenings and weekends as required due to industry demands and a geo-dispersed team
