- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation and Oracle Position Management would be beneficial.
- A good understanding and some experience with technical tasks, including integrations, data migration (including data loaders), and reporting, are necessary.
- Familiarity with fast formulas for use in Oracle Cloud Compensation is also important.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in discussions with stakeholders are a must.
- Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial.

Description
We are a company looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant specializing in Recruitment and Performance Management for one of our clients in the City. The initial implementation phase of the project has been completed, but there is still significant work to be done. This position is a contract role, starting on January 26 for a duration of 12 months, with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in London). The IR35 status is inside IR35, with a daily rate of £700-825.
