Requirements

Must:
- Salesforce administration experience. - Experienced with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Configurations. - Experience working with Salesforce Flows (e.g., screen flows, triggered flows, API flows). - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Record pages (e.g., dynamic forms, conditional visibility, advanced layouts, buttons/links/actions, Record Types). - Awareness of Salesforce custom objects/custom fields (including complex formula fields and managing lookup relationships, picklist management). - Familiarity with Salesforce List Views, Related Lists, and Reports. - Or equivalent low-code/business data modeling SaaS/application experience with an aptitude to learn and adopt new technology quickly. - Experienced with version control and some form of CI/CD deployment pipeline (preferably Bitbucket). - Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or equivalent workflow/online documentation. - Ideally qualified with the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator (essential), Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred), Salesforce App Builder (desirable). - Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. - Experience with platform monitoring and maintenance. - Experience with integration technologies (preferably Mulesoft). - Attention to detail, client-facing experience, results-oriented, and analytical thinking. - Effective time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize due to shifting workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Maintain Salesforce applications and configurations using Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. - Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of solutions. - Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable documentation. - Identify bugs and devise resolutions to these defects. - Work alongside the client to provide quality solutions to complex problems. - Work across a varied technical stack. - Some travel to our offices in London/Birmingham and occasional travel to client sites in Southern England may be required.

This position will oversee the transition of the Salesforce estate and help establish a comprehensive service. The successful candidate will build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager for the respective account and being part of the Applications Management practice.
