Oracle HCM Support Analyst

- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills - A good attitude, strong business ethics, an analytical mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills - Be a self-starter with high motivation to succeed - Be a team player with strong results orientation - Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes - Critical thinking and analytical background - 10+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM - Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows - Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Cloud Learning and ORC) - Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM - Strong organization skills and attention to detail - Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries - Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution - 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016 - First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.) - Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
