Requirements
Must:
- Excellent technical skills in Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM)
- Strong development skills in C# plugins and JavaScript
- Proficient in Power Automate
- Experience managing solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines
- Nice to have skills in Power Apps Portal, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure WebJobs
- Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in training and mentoring junior colleagues
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfort in working on a variety of projects across different clients and industries
Responsibilities
- Support clients in resolving incidents and service requests
- Process small to medium development/enhancement requests for existing clients
- Troubleshoot and solve problems by reviewing existing solutions and configurations
- Sync Dev, Test, Training, Pre Prod, and Production Environments
- Provide Business As Usual (BAU) support on various priority levels (P1, P2, P3, P4) and perform bug-fixing
- Identify opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working within the team
- Assist in defining structured processes to enhance efficiency
