Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial track record providing 2nd Line support in M365 Windows environments
- Commutable to the Milton Keynes area
- Driving license and car
- Extensive knowledge of Windows (7, 10, 11)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with backup and recovery processes
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarity with Azure
- Skills in imaging and server desktop networking
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Microsoft certifications (desirable)
- Experience with SCCM and migrations (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line support for M365 and Windows environments
- Engage with 3rd party and internal stakeholders
- Support users both in person and remotely
- Work through high volumes of tickets and support requests
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, networking, and mobile devices
- Implement backup and recovery strategies
- Maintain and manage Active Directory
- Handle support requests involving Azure and imaging
- Ensure effective communication throughout the support process
Description
We are excited to offer a fantastic Support Engineer opportunity within our leading tech company, located in the Milton Keynes area. This hybrid role allows for three days a week in our various offices and two days working from home. We provide a car allowance, although you will need your own vehicle from the start.
