Requirements
Must:
- Strong previous commercial lifecycle experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification (or other relevant implementation certifications)
- Extensive senior ServiceNow Architecture experience
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Strong hands-on scripting skills
- Good knowledge of REST API and license management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Either currently based in UAE or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
Responsibilities
- Act as the Design Authority for all ServiceNow-related matters, including strategy, architecture, and roadmaps
- Oversee and implement ITAM solutions, specifically focusing on SAM and HAM modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide architectural guidance
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions aligning with best practices
- Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Lead technical discussions and provide hands-on support when necessary
- Monitor project progress and ensure that best practices are followed
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on industry trends
