Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting and clearing tickets for MuleSoft, Power BI, and Snowflake
- Strong support experience in Applications/Tech/Ops
- Proven ability to clear ticket backlogs effectively and at speed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dbt
- Proficient in ETL, SQL, Data, and analytics
- In-depth knowledge to resolve technical issues with MuleSoft, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, dbt
- Experience as a Developer/Data Analyst is beneficial
- Preferred experience within finance or banking
- Certifications related to MuleSoft, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, dbt are advantageous
- Commutable to Liverpool at short notice
Responsibilities
- Provide support for applications and technology to ensure efficient operations
- Clear and prioritize tickets for timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues
- Analyze data and application performance
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding incident resolution
- Document solutions and processes for future reference
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts for support processes
Description

This mainly remote role will require occasional visits to our office in central Liverpool, averaging about one day per week.
