Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible/AWX, Python, PowerShell, BASH)
- Experience with system administration for Microsoft and Linux environments
- Familiarity with key technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell, and virtualization tools like VMware and Hyper-V
- Ability to develop scripts and automation tools for system administration tasks
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with customer requirements
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported IT infrastructure issues promptly
- Conduct regular system health monitoring, backups, patching, and upgrades
- Create, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported infrastructure
- Develop scripts and automation tools to increase efficiency in system administration tasks
