Responsibilities

- Clean up and sanitise data received from external sources before importing it into company systems
- Resolve or redirect customer queries
- Assist with setting up digital assets such as computers and mobile phones
- Interact with IT team to set up and help users resolve issues
- Manage multiple mailboxes
