Requirements
Must:
- 2–4+ years as a full-stack developer
- Experience with a major JS framework (React, Vue, Angular)
- Backend experience (Node.js, .NET or similar)
- Solid grasp of databases and data modelling
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working across multiple streams
- Permanent role – must be based in the North West of England
- British citizenship required due to security-restricted project work
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features across modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
- Develop UI components, APIs, and supporting application logic
- Help create prototypes, PoCs, and demos that bring ideas to life
- Support technical discovery: workshops, requirements gathering, documentation
- Translate early concepts into structured technical tasks and solution approaches
- Collaborate with offshore teams and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and internal frameworks
