Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering
- CI/CD pipeline experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Exposure to Azure, GCP, AWS, and hybrid environments
- Understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, or on-prem systems
- Strong communicator able to manage suppliers and collaborate across teams
- British citizenship is essential due to security-restricted project work
- Permanent role - must be based in the North West of England
Nice to have:
- Terraform
- M365/Intune experience
- Familiarity with observability tooling
- Hybrid infrastructure experience
Responsibilities
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across .NET, Angular, and Next.js
- Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
- Drive automation, environment consistency, monitoring, alerting, and reliability
- Support cloud operations across Azure, GCP, and M365
- Coordinate with external suppliers on on-prem servers, upgrades, and incident management
- Help strengthen Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 readiness
- Drive documentation, process improvement, and technical best practices
