Requirements
Must:
- 3 years experience in a network, infrastructure or systems administration role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID)
- Experience working with Cisco or Meraki networking
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting infrastructure in a live business environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Desirable experience: VMware, Veeam, security tools such as EDR / MDR / MDM, infrastructure monitoring and backup solutions
Responsibilities
- Providing 3rd line support across infrastructure, networking and security
- Managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- Supporting and maintaining Cisco / Meraki networking environments
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and security issues
- Working with external partners on infrastructure improvements and projects
- Supporting backups, patching, and vulnerability management
- Documenting systems, processes and configurations
- Supporting wider IT teams and helping improve overall infrastructure capability
Description
We are a well-established and esteemed business based in Glasgow seeking to hire a Network & Systems Administrator to join our growing Digital & Technology team. This is a hands-on role where you will support and develop our network and systems environment. Youll play a key role in maintaining a secure, reliable IT infrastructure while working closely with internal teams and external technology partners. We are currently undergoing a major infrastructure and systems upgrade, making this a great time to join and influence our environment.
