Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with SQL (joins, filters, aggregations, calculated fields)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable investigating systems where documentation may be limited
- Understanding of how data moves between systems
- Ability to work with both technical and operational teams
- Interest in learning new tools and technologies
- Nice to have: Experience with system integrations, APIs, JSON/XML
- Nice to have: Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate / Dataverse)
- Nice to have: Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, Java or similar)
- Nice to have: Experience supporting ERP or core business systems
- Nice to have: Experience using AI tools to support development or analysis
Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving internal data and reporting queries
- Working with SQL (MS SQL Server) including stored procedures, views and queries
- Developing and maintaining reporting outputs (including SSRS)
- Supporting and enhancing system integrations including file-based workflows and APIs
- Assisting with ETL and data automation processes
- Tracing data flows across multiple systems to understand and improve how they operate
- Working with operational teams to understand the business context behind system behaviour
- Supporting data validation, monitoring and quality checks
- Documenting data flows, integrations and system logic
Description
We are seeking a Data & Integration Analyst to join our internal Data & Integration Team at our Head Office in Deeside. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems and data work behind the scenes, investigating how processes connect, and building practical solutions across multiple platforms. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key integrations and data flows that are critical to the business.
