Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365.
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile devices.
- PC hardware fault finding and repair.
- Understanding of network technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Any Azure knowledge advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and understanding the importance of tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills, able to complete work to a high standard.
- Team player.
- A natural passion for IT.
- Must drive and have your own car.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all colleagues across the group.
- Communicate to users on the status of their IT requests.
- Resolve hardware and software related issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Deploy PCs and associated peripherals across the group, including new installations and redeployment of existing equipment following standards determined by the Group IT Manager.
- Generate and maintain IT technical support documentation.
- Assist in the upkeep of the companys CRM package.
- Ensure security applications and system upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops accordingly.
- Report relevant faults and maintain logs.
- Maintain the company asset database.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as required by the Group IT Manager.
