Requirements
Must:
We require a degree (or equivalent level 6 qualification) in IT and at least one year of experience in information systems, or a Level 4/5 IT qualification and three years of experience in information systems. You should have experience in developing reports and data visualizations (including SQL), using business intelligence tools (such as Power BI/Tableau), and have advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query). Additionally, experience in ETL process development is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Systems Development Analyst, I will need you to develop and maintain reporting technologies and system automations. You will act as the primary systems administrator for our pensions administration software, ensuring its optimal functionality and security. Collaboration with the Systems Development Manager and Head of IT to deliver business intelligence and management information solutions will be a key part of your role. You will provide high-level service and support to internal and external stakeholders, manage the internal service desk, and maintain up-to-date documentation for reporting systems. Leading software testing, administration, and process improvements will also be part of your responsibilities, along with supporting project implementation, which includes documentation and staff training.
