Responsibilities
- Support the development and day-to-day operation of NICVAs systems and data infrastructure
- Maintain and develop core systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and document management platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and effective use to support decision-making
- Help colleagues utilize systems and data effectively
- Maintain processes and standards across the organisation
- Provide day-to-day IT and systems support
- Contribute to improving data capture, analysis, and reporting
- Support dashboards and organisational performance monitoring

We are NICVA, the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.
