Responsibilities
- Support the development and day-to-day operation of NICVAs systems and data infrastructure
- Maintain and develop core systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Help ensure data is accurate, accessible, and used effectively for decision-making
- Provide day-to-day IT and systems support across the organization
- Assist colleagues in using systems and data effectively
- Contribute to improving data capture, analysis, and reporting processes
- Support dashboards and organizational performance monitoring
Description
We are NICVA, the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. As we enter a new phase with a focused five-year strategy aimed at strengthening our digital systems and data usage, we are looking for a Data & IT Support Officer to join our team. This role offers hybrid working from our offices in Belfast, a competitive salary of £34,434 to £36,363, generous leave, pension, and wellbeing support.
