Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years of experience in an IT Infrastructure or Security Engineering role
- Third-level qualification in an IT-related subject
- Flexible working essential to deal with issues outside standard business hours/weekends
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Networking fundamentals (Firewalls, VPNs, Switching, Routing)
- Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or security audit process (desirable)
- Experience in Azure and MS 365 security features (desirable)
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and incident response (desirable)
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Security, ITIL) (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure and security controls
- Ensure systems are available, resilient, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and standards
- Provide operational and technical support for daily infrastructure and security requirements
- Contribute to projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
