Requirements
Must:
- 2 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure or Security Engineering role
- Third level qualification in an IT related subject
- Flexible working essential to deal with issues outside standard business hours/weekends
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Networking fundamentals (Firewalls, VPNs, Switching, Routing)
- Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Security, ITIL (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure and associated security controls
- Combine hands-on infrastructure engineering with embedded security responsibilities
- Ensure systems are available, resilient, secure, and compliant with organisational policies and recognised standards
- Support day-to-day infrastructure and security requirements
- Contribute to projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
