Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in strategic consulting and intelligent automation delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Python and Azure AI.
- Experience leading RPA teams, ideally within the NHS.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers and consultants.
- A proactive attitude towards emerging technologies and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
- NHS background or experience working with NHS systems and partners (desirable).
- Experience as a Senior Developer or Solutions Architect in automation-led transformation (desirable).
- Knowledge across POPIT disciplines and enterprise architecture (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Designing the blueprint for automation and AI projects.
- Advising clients on secure and scalable solutions.
- Ensuring quality, compliance and scalability across all technical solutions.
- Mentoring others and developing the automation capability of the wider business.
- Overseeing delivery across multiple projects and supporting proposals and costings.
- Providing technical governance including code reviews and architecture standards.
