Senior Qualitätsingenieur

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing across a complex programme of work. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the testing workstream for a major application procurement and implementation project, ensuring all testing activities align with project goals and timelines. - Collaborating closely with the QA Manager, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to define and deliver a comprehensive test strategy. - Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of testing, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. - Ensuring thorough validation of system and database integrations, including third-party and legacy system interfaces. - Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring traceability to business and technical requirements. - Managing defect tracking and resolution, working with development and vendor teams to ensure timely fixes and retesting. - Championing the use of automated testing tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage. - Monitoring and reporting on test progress, risks, and issues, providing clear and concise updates to the Test Manager and project stakeholders. - Mentoring and supporting junior testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing test team environment. - Ensuring testing is conducted in line with organisational standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
