Requirements

- Experience with Windows Server, SAN, networking, and IP telephony.
- Strong patch management and vulnerability remediation skills (SQL Server, Oracle Java).
- Knowledge of security standards (NHS, NCSC, ISO 27001) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or MCSE are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support for servers, storage, networks, and security.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure across live, training, and development environments.
- Manage backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity.
- Apply security patches, updates, and upgrades as necessary.
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Enforce security policies related to access control, firewalls, and vulnerability management.
