Requirements
Must:
- Experience in structured and voice cabling installation and fault finding
- CNCI (Certified Network Cable Installer) qualification (preferable)
- Knowledge of MOD Standards
- Driving Licence
- UKATA (CAT A) Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
- Manual Handling certification
- Working at Height certification
- DV Security Clearance (preferred, necessary post-offer)
- IOSH Working Safely (desirable)
- PASMA/IPAF certification (desirable)
- NACCOSS – NSI Certification (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Respond to break fix requests under managed service contracts
- Monitor quality and productivity against program
- Maintain daily site records and reports
- Ensure design and installation meet specifications and statutory requirements
- Locate and rectify faults on structured cabling systems
- Work from construction drawings
