IT Product Lead
We are looking for someone with a strong background in product leadership, particularly in managing digital products or services through various development phases. You should be confident in applying Agile methodologies and translating business needs into tangible deliverables. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in product or program leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, or user-focused methodologies.
- Ability to manage product delivery across different phases of development.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Competent IT skills and familiarity with digital product management principles.
Responsibilities
In your role as the Witness Box Product Lead, you will provide leadership and management for the Witness Service case management system, WitnessBox 2.0. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the WitnessBox change control process and ensuring compliance.
- Leading the development and ongoing improvement of WitnessBox policies and procedures.
- Overseeing testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintaining training resources and induction plans.
- Engaging stakeholders and translating their requirements into business needs.
- Conducting data analysis and reporting to inform system enhancements.

This position is home-based within England or Wales and is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week).
