Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a product owner within the pensions or wealth management sector or similar financial services area.
- Familiarity with digital product delivery, service design principles, and user experience practices with examples of working in this way.
- Experience of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Mira, etc., with design teams.
- Experience of product management tools – Jira, Trello, or similar for backlog and sprint management.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience that helps members understand their pension and retirement options.
- Assist members in staying on track with their future goals.
- Support members through key life moments, such as changing jobs, moving home, growing a family, and adjusting risk appetite.
- Help members trace old pension pots and understand what to do with them.
- Ensure members feel informed, empowered, and reassured as their lives evolve and their needs change.
