Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a product owner within the pensions or wealth management sector or similar financial services area.
- Familiarity with digital product delivery, service design principles and user experience practices with examples of working in this way.
- Experience of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Mira etc with design teams.
- Experience of product management tools – Jira, Trello or similar for backlog and sprint management.
- Open to applicants who may not meet all key skills, as we value potential and offer a generous training budget.

- Design an onboarding experience that clearly communicates our service, value, and options to members.
- Ensure members feel confident about their retirement planning from the start.
- Guide members on what to consider as their needs evolve.
- Provide easy access to tools, guidance, and support through our Brand.
- Set every member up for success by building clarity, trust, and empowerment early in their journey.
