Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, platform owners, and offshore delivery teams
- Drive end-to-end program execution across discovery, architecture, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Own program timelines, milestones, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate across Salesforce, Data Cloud, integration, security, and architecture teams
- Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers by engaging appropriate technical and platform teams
- Facilitate technical and functional workshops with stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
- Run sprint reviews, delivery checkpoints, and governance forums
- Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Ensure environment readiness and access coordination
- Support UAT coordination and business validation cycles
- Provide structured status reporting and executive updates
Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the onsite coordination and delivery governance for a 4-month Agentforce and Salesforce-based Agentic AI implementation program within a large enterprise sales ecosystem in London, UK. This is a fixed-term contract (initial 3 months with possible extension). In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, architecture teams, and offshore delivery squads, ensuring timely execution, technical alignment, risk resolution, and cross-team coordination across all stages of the program. We offer a collaborative environment with a focus on fast decision making and unblocking any challenges that may arise.
