Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years in a hands-on IT support or systems role
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, M365, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP (SonicWALL experience a bonus)
- Calm, clear communicator who can work directly with clients
- Someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a broader engineering role
- Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE, AZ-900, MS-900)
- Nice to have: CompTIA Network+
- Nice to have: Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and deploy Windows laptops and desktops
- Support Microsoft 365, including user admin, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
- Support virtualised environments (Hyper-V or VMware)
- Assist with backup systems and disaster recovery tasks
- Configure and support VoIP systems (3CX experience helpful)
- Work directly with clients, providing clear communication and practical solutions
- Maintain documentation and asset records
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and project work
