Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience designing and building applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong skills in business process automation using Power Automate.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management within Power Platform.
- Good documentation and process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with C#.NET for custom development (e.g., Power Platform plugins, custom APIs).
- Familiarity with JavaScript.
- Desirable: Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Experience providing technical support related to Power Apps.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Build robust, scalable applications and automate business processes.
- Provide system administration support for Microsoft Power Platform systems.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Operations team to support and resolve Power Platform-related incidents.
- Work with various departments to gather requirements and deliver impactful system improvements.
- Build and maintain custom components such as Power Platform plugins using C#.NET.
- Manage Power Platform environments and configurations for reliable operations.
- Maintain secure access to Power Platform solutions by administering roles, permissions, and data policies.
- Ensure correct Power Platform licensing and monitor service consumption.
- Coordinate with external partners to deliver solutions or support advanced development initiatives.
- Deliver training and documentation for successful solution adoption.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and policies.
- Promote and champion the Power Platform across the business to demonstrate its value and capabilities.

This role involves supporting the full lifecycle of development, from gathering requirements with our stakeholders to providing post-implementation support.
